Pelle Heating and Air conditioning was responsive and helpful with both our installation and subsequent follow up. We would recommend this company for all your hvac needs. Rafe was very knowledgeable and professional. Catherine made payment easy and was very helpful. In addition, the company was very responsive to all our inquiries and took time to understand our unique circumstances. They provided thoughtful feedback and insights which made our decision easy to utilize their services.
Repairs done to the external compressor unit of my mini-split system. It was leaking refrigerant. After some discussion, the work was performed under the original warrantee, which leaves me a very happy client.
If you have any issues with your HVAC, Contact Pelle and ask for Paul. He quickly identified the issue of our condenser unit for the house. There were incorrect wiring installed, which charred the wiring itself, causing the capacitor to ultimately fail, which led to zero cooling in my house. He explained what the problem was, how to fix it, what needed to be replaced and how to prevent further issues within my HVAC System other than just fixing the part and calling it a day. He has worked there for six years, but his knowledge and technical expertise would have you believe he’s been there for 20.
