Doug Dienelt was introduced prior to his arrival and was able to diagnose the issue and fix VERY EFFICIENTLY!This is in addition to texts from Kevin in the early morning confirming my voicemail request and followed by a call back from the office to give window of timeframe for arrival.Great work!
