I’ve been a client here for 15 years, and I can honestly say that under the new ownership, Massage Envy Morgan Hill has transformed into a top-tier experience.
From the moment you walk in, you can feel the difference. The quality of the therapists has always been good, but now it’s consistently excellent. No matter who you book with, you can expect a professional, skilled, and attentive session every time. Each of the therapists have a niche and specific skills and the front staff and owner are very good at making appropriate recommendations.
I was in the area for a few hours so I booked a massage. Johnny was the therapist available. His massage was fine but the room was ice cold! I asked him to turn the heating pad on but every time a body part was exposed I could not relax into the massage because artic air was blowing on it. It felt like the vent was pointed at the table. I fought mind and body to lay there. When I mentioned it at check out one of the two women seemed concern and asked which room I was in and the other said it was probably the coldest room. I sat in my hot car for 10 min after the massage just to warm up. Please be more considerate with the temperature!
