“This was after 5pm on a Sunday and it was a hot day here in Gilroy so our AC was on while watching TV when certain rooms in our house lost electricity.We tried the fuses but nothing was working so we did a Google search to find some local 24 electricians. After a few unsuccessful conversations with other electricians we tried JT and Dirk answered and instead of trying to charge us over $400 like some of the others, he actually asked some questions and walked me through fixing a tripped breaker. He was very patient with me and I was able to send a photo and he saw the problem quickly and had me fix it. He was knowledgeable, kind and patient with me during this difficult time. I now know who to call and use when an electrical issue comes up or when we need some additional electrical work on our property.He is local and was extremely helpful! It's nice to know there are some trustworthy business owners in our community.Thank you Dirk! I truly appreciate you and your time!! We owe you some BBQ!“

“Ernesto was called out through our home warranty company and we are so lucky we got him! They gave us a time slot between 8am-12 and he called right before 8am to give us a 30min window. We has a leak in our kitchen faucet and under the sink and upstairs our tub to shower switch was shooting out water and the previous plumber told us it would cost us a ton of money and we would need a contractor to tear out the drywall. I showed Ernesto and he was calm as a cucumber and went out and got some parts and boom fixed both issues! Would highly recommend. (Also we are in Santa Cruz and he came 30+ min away to fix our issues)“

“I requested for someone to come out for a quote on electrical work to hook up a generator to a pump for water, since we continually have power outages which include no water. When I booked the appointment, unfortunately someone had forgotten to tell me they had a charge for coming out and giving a quote. At the end of the appointment, my husband paid the fee. I was upset not because of the fee, but because it had not been disclosed at the time of my appointment. When I called the office, Mary was extremely patient and said she would look into what had happened and would have someone get back with me that day. In this day and age when so many people make excuses or don't follow through, I was not optimistic. I am happy to say that I received a call back quickly from Carrie and they offered to use the money towards the future work on our home or return the money and apologized for the miscommunication. Integrity is everything to me and this was handled with so much professionalism and respect. I was so impressed with how they handled the situation and my husband was so impressed by Thane and how he not only gave us one option, but took the extra time to go over many options available to us!
