Came here for Botox in February and the results were good, I’ll be returning for my second appointment this week! The clinic is very clean, the staff was friendly and explained everything thoroughly, and everybody was very professional.

I haven't been here since maybe 2020. I experienced my first Botox and hydro facial here I've moved out of Moreno Valley and continued to get hydro facials in different spas and this one here was the best one I've had! The nurse did so many steps to detox and cleanse my skin. I was hesitant about this place because it was new and in MV...but I totally recommend it! I love this place staff is nice, place is clean, and service is exceptional

AVOID⚠️Ineffective!! They aren’t giving you fresh Botox and/or over diluted. Did absolutely nothing for my TMJ. Also, (sad to say) there's really no way to tell how much you're getting by the amount you see in the syringe because different providers reconstitute their Botox based on personal preference. They are ALWAYS, ALWAYS on Groupon. Why are they trying to move product so badly? They need to stop cheating people off!!?...⬅️ that's me before going into their office, this is me 3 weeks after the visit↪?? ..Please save yourselves money, time, and frustration & look for a high-volume practice to ensure your Botox is safe and effective, not this place. Their ratings are speaking for themselves. Someone is eventually going to take the initiative for lawsuit. Shame on their honesty/integrity ?

I went to Skinology and was told I needed 60 units. I said "I always get 50". I was told I needed 60. I went ahead and 1 week later my eyelids had disappeared. I went back to have it fixed and the Botox they added didn't change a thing. I was told they had used to much Botox and there was nothing more they could do. I'm still droopy. I was told to do eyebrow lifting exercises to loosen the Botox. So for the next 3 months I have droopy lids. Being slightly vain is why I get Botox. Now I have 3 droopy months. I had previously had Botox at Skinology with a different nurse who left one eyebrow higher then the other. I went back for an adjustment and was left with 1 droopy eyelid and 1 regular. This has been a bad choice 2 times on my part. I won't be back. I usually go to MDdiet of Temecula and have not had any problems. I went to Skinology because of their low price for Botox. I do not recommend them to anyone.
