I just moved in the area and found this place around the block and just walked Alma ealked over sat me down i exlpained what i was hoping for and the next thing you know she tried to pass me off to another stylist with any care at all 😞 WHAT!.. Lilie took me to her station with a smile was very knowledgeable about what I needed to to FIX my hair after a Nad salon experience somewhere else which required a color fix. Lilies immediately took action and was very attentive to how I felt. She color fixed and cut styled and WOW! I was so happy with her care. I am definitely returning to her. I sit down and I ask her to clean up my hair and to give me a taper, I ask the lady to leave the top. the first the she does is slightly cut the top and then she says “so you look more presentable”. then she doesn't even give me a taper and I repeat what I had said about the taper. Then she gives me this attitude and she tells me “why didn’t you say that at first” and then starts complaining about having to do 2 different haircuts it came out okay but. 🤦🏽‍♂️

The staff is not to welcoming perhaps because of the pandemic however they must come to terms that we all are going through this and we must do everything or anything we can a simple smile goes a long way especially in a bussines environment I mention it but seemed like they didn't take advice I will take my bussiness elsewhere for now and hope they wake up for a successful bussiness outcome sorry for now
