They installed an new a/c and heat unit. The air conditioner failed the first summer we used it. They fixed it under warranty, but still. Also, they installed the equipment in the ceiling wrong and it caused a leak. We called them and they contested, saying nothing was wrong. We had to show them what they did wrong. They fixed the leak issue but refused pay to have the discoloured area repainted. Told us that if we had paint and brushes laying around they would paint it while they were there. Called Patriot after hours and during their busiest time of the year (heatwave) and was given advice on how to troubleshoot my parents AC. My parents are 86 & 83 years old; and as busy as Patriot AC REPAIR was, the technician online graciously supported me in trouble shooting and fixing their AC. Thanks again!

As a long time broker in Moreno Valley, Bob is my HVAC go-to guy. He is honest and more detail oriented than any other vendor with which I have worked.

He worked on our home and many of my client's homes as well.

Cannot recommend him enough!
