Crazy busy here.... Not all of the technicians are helpful or friendly..this is one of the last places I wanted to be on Thanksgiving Eve.... My husband needed a pain medication and Redlands Kaiser sent me here.... After waiting 2 hrs in Moreno Valley they don't have any meds for him either.... Back to Redlands while I wait on the Dr to change his prescription.. Terrible!! Someone needs to evaluate where our drugs are being manufactured.....if not in the United States then why not......

OK so if anybody is researching any type of dermatological situation, have been dealing with it and just seem to be continuously getting worse at every turn, it's likely a situation that's the same scenario that's going on with my very good friend Richard. He has lost his job, is broke, and his life has been completely turned around, as well as upside down, within the last few years. My really good friend, that I've known for the past 14 years, has gone through all of this because the dermatology department have absolutely no clue in what they're doing. As an adult with both eczema & psoriasis, Richard was a hands on professional in fusion welding, a budget conscious site manager for numerous types of construction and environmental abatement projects, as well as an active member of both the local Painter's & the Laborers Unions. This man has always been a provider for his family, and an experienced mentor to others. The man we all know & love is simply a shell of the person he used to be. Regrettably this is all the continuing outcome of this organization's dermatology department. Their complete lack of knowledge and experience is undeniable with this entire situation. He has been seen, diagnosed & given medications throughout the previous few years, as well as a patient of theirs for many years. In or about June of 2020 Richard met with yet another dermatologist in their now what could only be seen as a revolving door. Richard was informed by her that he'd be a great candidate for a new injection, that would ease his symptoms for up to 4 - 6 months. Blood test, patch test & about 2 weeks later he was scheduled for it. Within hours of receiving the shot, he was in anaphylaxis shock & back to the hospital. Sorry, very long story, but I need you to understand, they truly had no clue what they were doing. After a few months of complete agony, and several denials for an out of network, second opinion, he was granted one. Richard went to Loma Linda where without even looking into everything, their dermatologist was able to not only able to tell Richard what had happened to him, but how to try and elevate his condition. Here to find out, as you may have guessed, Richard was allergic to ingredients in the shot and to make things worse they gave Richard a list of products & medications that he should absolutely stay away from, as well as a very specific and helpful list of items that he would be able to take and utilize. To me, one of the absolute worst points of this entire situation is that on the list of the items he'd have a reaction to are a lot of the items Kaiser dermatologists have been prescribing him for quite a while. Looking at both allergy charts, the first from Kaiser that goes back to 2007 and the new one from Loma Linda, they are the same. I ask you this, if Kaiser had this information on hand for that long of time period, wouldn't you think that at least one of the dermatologists would have compared his allergies with their possible prescribed medication? Nope! As a closing point I am letting you know that he has given a prescription that he brought home, and I happened to be there, I asked him to let me check it out. By this point in our friendship I was very well versed in Richard's situation, and as I looked at the ingredients I noticed one ingredient that I believed to be an allergen, sure enough they gave him medication that he was allergic to. I also personally watched the pharmacist reject the filling of a prescription passed to him from the dermatology department, guess why...yep because Richard was allergic to it. Please Richard attempted to take legal action against Kaiser because in all sense & purposes, they ruined his life & his family's & friends' because sadly he'll never be the same. The outcome did not hold Kaiser responsible for any of the repeated wrongdoings. We are looking to get compensation for him and any other individuals who have suffered similar wrongdoings. Feel free to contac

My sister is 7 months pregnant and has two kidney stones about 6mm each. She has gone to the ER three times now and they keep sending her home. She can't eat or sleep. She wanted to go back to the ER when the pain got too bad again and she worried about her blood pressure, but they told her not to come in because it would be the same thing! She can't just live in pain like this and not be able to eat or drink!! So ridiculous and terrible.

How about updating your site so people know what you do and don't do. When people read on your website and are sick and drive there to find out you don't have an urgent care that makes you ass holes.

It seems as though Kaiser, their doctors and NPs do not care about the pregnant women, only the child they are carrying. My wife is physically unable to do her job. Come home crying in pain every night and is terrified of miscarriage due to pelvic pain, and pelvic separation. Last pregnancies required physical therapy but they were done through Loma Linda, apparently the only place where you can get caring practitioners and policies. On top of the excruciating daily pain, she now has gestational diabetes. Her job does not always have the time to have her eat when she needs to and check sugars. Not due to policies at her workplace but the nature of her job. Kaiser has been told several times to try and get her off on disability so she no longer has to fear losing this child or being permanently disabled. She was told to " deal with it it's not a disability" and the visit prior "it's just a mind game there's nothing we can do for you." So what is the difference in health care policies between Loma Linda and Kaiser. It seems to be merely Kaisers constant urge to suck as much money from the universe as possible rather than help their customers and people who need help. Thanks Kaiser Moreno Valley for giving my wife the worst pregnancy experience she's ever had, her last pregnancy she threw up every day and was lighter than her pre pregnancy weight. But you guys somehow have topped that.continued post partum. My wife was in labor for 30 hours ending with emergency C section because my son was minutes from death. I will say the in hospital care was great and the surgeon and anesthetist were phenomenal. They saved my wife's and sons lives that night. That's where the good experiences stopped. She was discharged home and it's been a month. She is in great pain still and just had her only scheduled follow up appointment, a phone appointment with an NP. That NP said that they weren't going to physically see her as, and I quote "your probably healing fine we don't need to see you."There's all this talk and argument about womens health rights but when it comes down to it, Kaiser appears to be only about their bottom line and CEO bonuses. She had major emergency surgery, cutting through seven layers of tissue, during which she required some medication to keep her relatively stable due to heart rate and blood pressure. Kaiser doesn't care, a phone visit with someone who had the affect of a lobotomized patient saying your probably fine and answering no questions she had sums up this entire experience we had with Kaiser.Thankfully we are moving out of state in a few months and therefore will not have Kaiser. Can only imagine what people with long term needs go through. Especially with the OB department. Sorry to all women that choose to have their care there.Your welcome Kaiser administration for keeping your Teslas charged and in a ludicrous mode.

Whatever you do don't come to this location. Do yourself a favor and drive Riverside. I will update my review when I can gather the words I have for this establishment.

0 stars. Hands down rudest employees I've ever talked to. The person I talked to had so much attitude and was extremely unprofessional. Didn't catch her name, but I've been to many kaisers and this interation got me upset. I was also sent to the wrong location prior to this from the person I made an appointment with after CONFIRMING it 3 times. The person I talked to sounded like they worked a 24hour shift and it was their last hour because they kept changing the time from 3:30 to 3:40 and vice versa. They sent me to 10815 Heacock St, and that took me to the middle of nowhere 10 minutes away with no signal and an endless road. After a rough day, the attitude of these front desk employees made it worse. Would not go to this location unless you have to. They act like they're forced to work and they are very unhappy to help customers. Any Kaiser is better than this, hence the low stars and bad reviews from countless others.
