Been going here for years with my family. Sometimes appointments and few times walk in never an issue. Front desk always been helpful and yes you may get them on a off day which we all have. Back office never really had any issues always solved my problems with proper meds till I can see my regular physician. I've been there for sicknesses, chemical eye burns, sliced leg with stitches. Our go to urgent care honestly. Great staff even with FaceTime appointments. Idk if you were having an off day cause your sick or felt dismissed talk to them directly otherwise go wait at a hospital er and sit there for hours on end. Then see the difference. Just saying.
I was seen here and like that everyone is very kind. Britney in front office was nice and helped with my insurance and was taken to the back. By the nurse Maria and also helped by Javier and Jon.
This place was great! Was greeted nicely by the front desk, Marleen and Britney as well as the back office Maria, Javier, John and the provider Yunisa. Thank you for the great care.
