The service was great, we were greeted by Vicky she was very attentive and always on top of everything. Offering support and directions. Any questions we had were answered by her and I always looked for her to help us out or answer my questions. If I could give her 10 stars I would, it takes a lot to do this special kind of work and she does it very sensitively and made us all feel important.
I want to thank Gina and her wonderful staff. They were very helpful and understanding of my family's needs. Making sure my dad, Julio, was cremated with respect and care. I can't express enough how much we appreciated the ease everything was done and how patient they were. My dad's portrait and urn were beautiful ❤️.
I’ve been to a number of funerals in the past, including my parents, my grandparents, close friends. This has been one of the best Funeral homes I’ve ever had to deal with. Gina the organizer is very compassionate, kind, patient and understanding. I would recommend them to people living in the Riverside/San Bernardino counties for miles. They work with you on everything. Claudette the front desk girl. also very kind and helpful. The entire team was very polite, caring and professional. And their communication and assisting with the Riverside National Cemetary for the burial was first class. Wishing you all continued success. Thank you.
