I was happy to discover Impact Plumbing when looking for a plumber to move my washer and dryer into the garage. Normally when you call a business, we often get a voicemail telling us to leave a message, so when the owner, Nick, picked up the phone, I was impressed. Both Nick and Kenny were extremely professional when they arrived to complete the task. I can honestly say that I am impressed with the work Impact Plumbing did and would recommend this company to family and friends.
I used these guys in the past, they are great. This is second time that I used them. Too bad I didn't know them before. Yesterday's job, I had 2 other plumbers to fix the same problem Inpact taken care of. It appears that other plumbers either don't care or knew that the problem will come back. Impact requested another call if it's still a problem. Who gives you that high quality of service today? I don't know of very many people that do and stand behind there work. They are very busy, they are worth the wait.
