Not to excessive to the point that stresses the kids out, they have fun and enjoy the class, they learn with joy. Coaches are very friendly with the kids. Class is mixed with boys and girls.

The coaches/staff are very patient and wonderful with the kids. The children love coming in to class ready for their training and the coaches funny kid humor to enlighten the kids day. Very good martial arts training classes for kids and adults. Prices are reasonable.

Great place for kids to learn focus,discipline and get good exercise while having fun. The trainers are very good with children and take the time to make sure that all the kids progress as they should.
