I left a review for Empire Appliance a few years back and noticed today that I left two stars in error. I meant to leave a five star. if possible I would of left a higher rating. Empire is one on the best companies we've ever had the pleasure of working with. The owners and staff are amazing. They Always come through. Regardless of how busy they are they will help. They have complete knowledge of their craft and very professional. I know many people who have used them and never have I've heard anything but praise. Chris, Crew and readers please forgive my error. They are the best in every aspect. They care!

Heat wave and AC decided to stop cooling. Called Empire at 9:00 pm, left a message. Chris came out the next day. Reliable, professional and honest. I have used Empire in the past and always confident with their service.
