I had great customer service. Picked up the phone and even though they were busy Nestor went through all my options with me. I received a email response back with all the information needed to send in my turbo.

I purchased the 2010 Camaro SS turbo kit, it was delivered to my house by freight without issue. It was 180 pounds with at least 100 parts, everything had part numbers, sorted in boxes by type and inventoried. Installation instructions stated a person with good automotive mechanical skills is required to install it, they aren't kidding. It took me 2 weeks to complete the install, about 30 hours labor. Everything almost fits, installing 3" pipe around then entire engine and keeping the factory manifold and catalytic converters means it's an extremely tight fit for everything. Stuff has to move out of the way, and that's where experience comes into play.... read full review
