Thank you to Tito for repairing one of my favorite purses! The leather straps were worn and cracked, but the purse was in great condition. He was able to order the exact straps and complete the repair for a VERY reasonable price considering the original cost of the purse. We also had a pair of my daughter's combat boots repaired at the same time. Tito replaced a broken zipper and polished the shoes to looking nearly new! We are so impressed.
