They offer such a great variety of classes, so no matter what day of the week it is or what I’m in the mood for, there’s always something that fits. Every teacher is amazing in their own way, which keeps things fresh and interesting.
One of the best things about this studio is the special events—Kundalini was a totally life-changing experience for me. And Wall Yoga? It’s my absolute favorite! If you haven’t tried it yet, you’re missing out.

This studio was fundamental in helping me get back to myself and strengthen my body. I have learned so much about my posture and alignment, have gained flexibility and strength, and peace of mind as well. Mina truly cares about her students and goes above and beyond to give you the best yoga experience for your body, to challenge you and help you grow. The monthly membership price is very reasonable, and the studio is always clean and inviting. I love the classes by Deanna and Rachel, but have taken classes from several other teachers and they were all wonderful. If you are thinking about going, just do it!!
