This studio was fundamental in helping me get back to myself and strengthen my body. I have learned so much about my posture and alignment, have gained flexibility and strength, and peace of mind as well. Mina truly cares about her students and goes above and beyond to give you the best yoga experience for your body, to challenge you and help you grow. The monthly membership price is very reasonable, and the studio is always clean and inviting. I love the classes by Deanna and Rachel, but have taken classes from several other teachers and they were all wonderful. If you are thinking about going, just do it!!

the best studio in the simi/moorpark area that embraces yogas roots. Great teachers, Mina, the owner is an amazing soul. If you're looking for an authentic yoga studio, I highly recommend this place! check it out if you're from out of town, there will always be a class for every body!
