The yards are wonderful, the staff, loving, 'dog' educated, a trainer on staff, and all have one thing in common, they unconditionally love dogs. We have been fortunate to know the owner John and all staff. Training, day camp, overnight boarding, exercise, puzzles, water play, LDI has it all. Most importantly, they also teach the pup while there how to be a better dog, and since we have 2 rescue dogs from Central Mexico, one of whom is blind, and now 1.5 yrs of age, he can get frustrated easily. Spartacus plays with sighted dogs and does very well, though when he starts getting 'upset' staff is there to redirect, and help him through his ordeal. Our other dog, Hercules has gone to LDI since he was 4.5 months old. He is now 2 yrs old! “We had to evacuate this week due to the Mountain Fire and I needed to find a kennel innediately. Rebecca assured me that our dog would be well looked-after. I dropped her off that afternoon and they lived up to my expectations. They hand-fed her, walked her and groomed her (at my request) and texted me to let me know how she was doing. “Took the pooch for follow up ear evaluation. The doc fixed pooch up with ear gunk and another shot in addition to take home meds. Darn pooch and them ears, yearly infection. Made another appointment to get pooches teeth cleaned as well. Chick Ching you know but pooch is a an expensive friend to have around.“

“David was amazing with my Chihuahua. There is no way she would let anybody touch her but he cut her nails and I don’t know how he did it but she was happy and her nails were perfect and I’m very happy I won’t go anywhere else again.!!“

“Took our 16 week old labradoodle in for a full work up. She got a bath, hair cut, teeth brushed, ears cleaned, nails clipped! The groomer and person at the front desk were so kind since I was very nervous leaving Lola there for the first time. They took it very slow with her and did not push her out of her comfort zone at all. She looks great and smells even better. Already booked our next session!“

“Jennifer is the only person I trust with my rescue pup. My dog comes from a puppy mill and shakes anytime he see's a stranger or hears loud noises, so naturally I was so hesitant on taking him to a groomer because I didn't want to traumatize him. Jennifer is so good with animals and I was shocked to see my dog wasn't shaking uncontrollably when I picked him up. Her work is also very quality which is obviously important, but her ability to handle my dog with such care is what I really value the most.“
