Great experience on eye exam and buying glasses. Optomotrist was attentive, kind, and made sure I was comfortable. Reception was helpful and polite. Underpromised and overdelivered on the delivery dates. Professional operation.
My great experience started before I even walked into my appointment. I called to schedule an appointment with new insurance & the office staff was so polite, efficient and knowledgeable - they had everything verified & scheduled within minutes. At the actual appointment, I love that it’s nearby, easy to get to, plenty of parking, comfortable inside with every kind of frame style to peruse and modern exam equipment. Dr. Tedder continued the same polite, efficient and knowledgeable manner as her office staff and they even emailed me a referral to bring to my next medical appointment for a glaucoma test if needed since that’s how my insurance is set up. We've been happy patients of Dr. Tedder over two years now. We were referred to Dr. Tedder from Dr. Kodama for my dad after repeated complaints about his vision and following the instructions of his then opthomologist. Well, it turns out my dad didn't need new glasses, but he needed cataracts surgery which was correctly diagnosed by Dr. Tedder. My dad's vision is fine now, thanks to Dr. Tedder. She is extremely patient (my dad is 86 with mobility issues) and very knowledgeable about her field.
