My great experience started before I even walked into my appointment. I called to schedule an appointment with new insurance & the office staff was so polite, efficient and knowledgeable - they had everything verified & scheduled within minutes. At the actual appointment, I love that it’s nearby, easy to get to, plenty of parking, comfortable inside with every kind of frame style to peruse and modern exam equipment. Dr. Tedder continued the same polite, efficient and knowledgeable manner as her office staff and they even emailed me a referral to bring to my next medical appointment for a glaucoma test if needed since that’s how my insurance is set up.
