“Last week I developed some severe symptoms & tried to ride it out thinking it was bacterial but nothing was working .
Eventually severe pain pushed me to Urgent Care / Doctors on Duty here and Dr Gertsch ID'd the problem in less than a minute ( fungal infection not bacterial ) & sent Rx to the pharmacy .
Things could have gotten a lot worse for me but luckily they had a doctor whose years of experience saved me .

“We're frequent patients at the other two MoGo locations in the Monterey area. This was our first visit to this location.

Convenient appointment reservation system, linked with MyChart allowed us to save time and provide a bit of reassurance.

Upon arriving the recptionist was friendly and promptly started to check us in. But there was an issue with our account so MoGo was unable to see us. Since it was a Saturday, sadly we would not be able to resolve it until Monday.

The receptionist's empathy did seem authentic and she made a recommendation for a nearby convenient urgent care clinic. She said they'd be on duty and would accept our health insurance and provide the medical care needed that Saturday morning.

It all worked out. I had enough spare coins in our car to resolve the issue with our MoGo account and we now have an additional urgent care facility that is on duty when we need care.”
