I had a long wait which was understandable on a Friday afternoon but the staff was great about giving me updates and suggesting options. Very pleasant reception staff, could not have been more understanding and helpful.

Visiting from out of state, I traveled with sudden severe foot pain with swelling. I booked online with Doctors On Duty in Monterey. Paper work completed at home and handed to receptionist upon arrival. Receptionists were polite and courteous giving me approximate wait time. CNA was friendly and connected with my home state. William Coggin, PA-C showed professionalism as soon as he knocked /walked in the door. With a little laughter from the start he listened carefully to my concern and he immediately diagnosed me with gout.
