They can give you a call when you are the next patient to be seen, so you don't have to sit there and wait. Very hygienic.“

“We're frequent patients at the other two MoGo locations in the Monterey area. This was our first visit to this location.

Convenient appointment reservation system, linked with MyChart allowed us to save time and provide a bit of reassurance.

Upon arriving the recptionist was friendly and promptly started to check us in. But there was an issue with our account so MoGo was unable to see us. Since it was a Saturday, sadly we would not be able to resolve it until Monday.

The receptionist's empathy did seem authentic and she made a recommendation for a nearby convenient urgent care clinic. She said they'd be on duty and would accept our health insurance and provide the medical care needed that Saturday morning.

It all worked out. I had enough spare coins in our car to resolve the issue with our MoGo account and we now have an additional urgent care facility that is on duty when we need care.“
