My daughter and I had scheduled appts with a 30 min spread beyweach appt. One appt was set for 11 and the 11;30 appt began @ noon. They seemed to be a little short handed. No water offered. No coffee offered. No extras here. One particular staff member had a difficult time understanding English and softly muttered sounds..not much that I could understand. The lady did a descent job on the toe nails. She scrubbed one leg & foot and barely touched the other. Not much attention to detail.

Completed my first visit to Simply Polished and tried out dip gel with tips for the first time for a special occasion. I love the results and the tech did a great job. I only wish they were a bit more thorough with cross contamination and infection control precautions, but it has been difficult to find a place that is as thorough as I prefer.

First time visitor - I booked online with Laura using Vagaro app. Very convenient . Laura was pleasant and professional. Enjoyed our conversation and I left with beautiful nails/toes. Street parking was decent - I recommend you book 2-3 days in advance as appts are limited
