Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. It's a rare thing to blend solid expertise with excellent customer service in the technical field of PC help - these guys deliver. Fair pricing too- if you want dirtiest cheap pricing, go search google. If you want a sustained solution, go with a winner, but it ain't free. They were able to quickly and thoroughly assess issues and find/implement solutions at our office. We will be looking into the managed support I'm sure, as our small office needs someone dedicated who knows our systems/network and can ably take care of us (now that my son's moved away - haha hah). thanks guys!

I have used Monterey Computer a few times now, to solve issues on my parents computer. I have also used them to transfer data from a broken/no longer functioning computer to a new one. I have had both house calls and taken the computer to them. Each time they have been professional and effective at solving the issue at hand. Their rates are very reasonable for the service provided, especially since their knowledge is vast. I highly recommend using them for any computer or IT needs.

They helped me out in a jam the other day . I called and they were able to take my computer in right a way and was very affordable. Down to earth people I appreciate that being that I'm not a computer person at all.
