I am a 61 year old computer illiterate that needed help getting my printer to work. Out of the blue I called Mitchell Technologies from a quick IT Google search. Michael answered the phone , took 5 minutes to solve a 6 month issue, and I’m very grateful. Very kind and helpful person and it was a Friday , spontaneous call, no appointment and pleasant service. I will definitely use them in the future

This is more than IT help, they're friends like Family. From Shane to Charles ,Chris and Salicia they have always come through for me when I needed them most. I'm not the most tech savvy, so I'm sure I was annoying with my requests, but they never let me know it. I'm to have them a phone call away.
