Dr.Kristina Montellese is amazing! From my first appointment, her and her team took me in with open arms!!! I was in debilitating pain from piriformis syndrome and lumbar disc herniation. Literally after my 2nd visit I noticed the pain I was experiencing subsided dramatically! No lie told! If it weren’t for Dr.Kristina I don’t know what type of shape I would be in right now. I’m deeply deeply grateful for her & her team! I’m now able to walk and work again with little pain! Im on the path to recovery thanks to Dr Kristina Montellese. 5 Stars!!! I’ve been seeing Dr. Kristina Montellese on and off for years, and she never disappoints. Every time something flares up, just a few visits with her makes a huge difference and gets me feeling back to normal. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and really takes the time to understand what’s going on. She helps me modify my workout and then helps me get back stronger.

Dr. Kristina also treats my daughters during their volleyball and softball seasons, which has been such a help in keeping them healthy and on the field. It’s reassuring to have someone we trust who works so well with both adults and young athletes.

Dr Nagai and his team have been helping me keep moving around this gorgeous bay for years. He is informative and always responsive and available when I need him. Whether I have slipped and tweaked something or been sandwiched in a car accident, Barkalow Chiropractic and Dr. Nagai are always going to be my first step in my recovery plan. 💯
