Called on Thursday afternoon and left a message. Mark returned my call within 30 minutes and made an appointment for the next morning at 9:00. He showed up right on time. He was personable, engaging, professional, and efficient. He unclogged the line all the way into the street. He gave us advice for the future. No drama. No muss no fuss. Just a wonderful service and a cleared sewer line. Very happy with the service. I was dreading calling someone and having it mushroom into a giant problem. Very honest company. No matter what I did, I couldn’t get my toilet to not smell, even an hour or so after cleaning! Mark had been recommended to me by my favorite plumber’s wife (Ed had died recently) and when I called Mark about my toilet issue, I was terrified it was a sewage thing.Nope. Needed a new toilet.
