Nick is always very quick to respond and helps whenever we need. He did an amazing job on the faucet replacement and also saved me money. I thought I would have to replace my water heater but he taught me it just needed cleaning. He cleaned it for me and it's works great.
Nick answered my call early on a Saturday morning and was over within an hour for a plumbing emergency I had. Other places I called weren't available til Tuesday, which was not a possibility as we had to turn out water off or our house would have flooded. Anyway, he came over and got the job done efficiently within about 30 minutes. Thanks, Nick, for your friendly, professional and reliable service and saving us from what could have been a plumbing nightmare!
UPDATE TO PRIOR REVIEW: Nick Bracken reached out after 2 weeks to resolve my problem. He didn't offer a reason for ignoring me for nearly two weeks, but he did show up in the end. He fixed the plumbing problem and returned my money. As promised if the plumbing problem was resolved, I'm retracting my original review.
