I have been going to Grounded & Glowing with Lila ever since I moved to the area in 2021. She is so good at reading my skin and knowing just what I need. My skin has improved so much under her care. I love that she pays close attention to ingredients and only uses natural, chemical-free ingredients. I also love that she continuously adds more skills to her repertoire, studying with the OG Mayan Uterine Massage master in Belize to bring her skilled hands to this type of healing too!
