Great service from Elias. He was responsive and up front. The new fob was done, on site, within an hour of our initial contact. Price range was communicated directly.
I did go through a call center to get connected with him. She was friendly though not being able to get price info up front felt a bit frustrating. Also, the price was at the edge of the range given. Better price than the two others I’d gotten though. I’m appreciative of Elias’ person to person service, his communication, and efficiency.

The keys are fine. They work in the locks I need them for, but I am a little disappointed about the "high-performance" cut that I payed an extra $1.99 for, as the cuts were all pretty rough. I do not reccomend paying the extra money for the "high-performance" cut.Update: Their customer service department got back with me promptly and worked everything out. They were very friendly and helpful and my issues was resolved. Switching review from 3 to 5 stars for excellent customer service. Thank you!

So, first, I want to say that it's so cool to be able to make a key without an actual person. And it fit perfectly. I would give it 5 stars, but I gave it 4, because as much as I appreciate the convenience, it's only $1.27 to make a key at UPS, and $1.63 at Walmart, and basically less than $2 anywhere, and these keys start at like $9.99. Yikes ? The only reason why I did get it is because they offered me a key for $4.99 (I believe) as I began to cancel the transaction, and I needed it right then... and I was in a hurry, or I would have went elsewhere.
