I had the best haircut I have had at great clips in years. First time I have seen this person (I believe his name was Santiago) in Monterey CA location. He was not about rushing to get to the next guest and still cut my hair in less than 20 minutes.

Came here before they opened on a Saturday. You can’t put your name in their checking system until after the open and we had plans so I wanted my son to be first.
Keri Ann opened the store and cut my 16 year olds hair. It was exactly what he wanted. I even asked for it to be shorter since he only gets haircuts every few months but she said it might be too short and it will shorten a bit after drying. She said she would do whatever we wanted and trim more if that’s what we wanted. Glad we listened to her.
When we left it was a 20 minute wait.

This place is great. Great Clips can be hit or miss. This one hits bullseye. The staff is nice and efficient. If you’re military, they’ll do a great job.
Edit: In all our time there, the ladies in the salon treated us like family. It’s was like that feel of the good old American Barber Shop where our grandparents went. They could care of not just your hair, but your day to day with their kind manners and caring professionalism. We will miss them.
