The attentive deep dive research and compassionate care during my first session was really impressive. I finally felt listened to after being gaslighted by the western managed medical system for years. This was a trust building experience for my first time trying acupuncture. I had immediately relief from chronic nerve pain and slept better than I had in years the night of my treatment. I look forward to continuing.
Sydney spent quite a while talking to me about my chronic pain. She asked all kinds of questions to get a feel of all that I had been going through. The process of getting the needles was so easy. I felt so relaxed and calm afterwards. I have already scheduled my next appointment.
Laura is a gentle but powerful soul. If you are new to acupuncture, she is the perfect guide for you to embark on this healing journey. There are so many things that I appreciate I about Laura. Firstly, I appreciate that she doesn't eschew western medicine. Rather, she draws from a beautiful wealth of knowledge to inform her treatment. She treats every person, as just that, a unique person: not a mélange of conditions. I have developed a deeper appreciate for my body as I navigate healing my hormones.
