I could not be happier with my new Black Diamond patio. From start to finish Stephanie, my designer and project manager, was on top of it. She was prompt and full of information from our first consultation. During the design process she always responded quickly to my questions or additional requests. We signed the contract and they started the project a few weeks later as promised. As the project progressed and things came up she worked with Alfredo, the installer, to make adjustments and adaptations. Stephanie came every few days to check on the progress. We had an amazing experience with Black Diamond Paver Stones & Landscape! From the very beginning, our project coordinator, Frances, was fantastic to work with. She really listened to what we wanted and helped us come up with a plan that completely transformed our plain, unattractive backyard into a beautiful, resort-like space.
The quality of the work was top-notch, and the crew was professional, friendly, and clearly dedicated to doing things right. The project was finished on time, and whenever an unexpected issue popped up, the team at Black Diamond was quick to find solutions and keep things moving smoothly.

Wonderful company to work with. Stephanie did a beautiful job of designing our yard. Couldn't have asked for two harder working landscapers than Ismail and Raul. We have a septic tank in that park of the yard and Ismail came up with the perfect solution to keeping access to it
