The spot is hit or miss. Better than the dragon lady that ravaged skull at RTC. Prices are more expensive these days. $60 haircut barbers are not even in Monterey. 14.95? More expensive. However, prices in California are outrageous. This is a fresh boot for cut hair. Just remember get what pay for. No body really knows how to cut hair.
I received a few haircuts previous to my recent experience at the AAFES PX barbershop due to limited places in the Monterey area & they were trash. Jacked up hairline and uneven fades however they recently hired a lady with short hair and tattoos that does a good job ??. I will only allow her to work on my grape when getting cut at that location.
