Lost count how many times I've been here. Sometimes with appointment, sometimes without. Never left here with a cut that I wasn't happy with. Everyone here is skilled. Highly recommend.

Walked in during the chinese new year festival in monterey park i came in to wash my hair and get some gel to freshen up for the heat. i got taken care of right away everyone was very nice!

I wish I spoke up when I noticed the barber was thinning out way too much hair. I asked for not too many layers and provided a picture of what I would like. But it turned out different from what I expected.. too much layers, uneven cut and thinned out too much. Although I did receive some compliments on the new hairstyle, it's been 5 months out since I got my haircut here and I'm still upset on the way it turned out and how it's growing out. I miss the thickness and fullness of my hair. I hope in the future, they listen to their customers or can be honest when they cannot give the haircut a customer is requesting from the getgo and would rather do it their own way.
