Not only was the smog service quick and efficient, Vic was super personable and fun guy to talk to.
And understatement of the year, but I had the privilege of meeting his adorable new kitten, Hope. He kept me company as I waited. Videos attached below of general cuteness.
Went in for a smog check. Vic & Sebastian were great! Awesome customer service I was in and out in less than 20 minutes without an appointment. Super sweet and helpful even offered to help turn my car around from the tight parking lot. Definitely recommend this family owned business, over other corporate chains. Personable and professional. Will come again! (Did not see the cat I am reading about now- super bummed about that😞)
Smog World employees Vic and Sebastian did our smog test. They were very good and at their jobs. They had us in and out very quickly. We highly recommend them. They will definitely get our business. They were very courteous and professional!!!
