Dr. Wang and Roberta have been incredible. First time someone listened to some of the issues I’ve had. This is my first time here after having Kaiser for tests and this is the first time I haven’t left a doctors office angry. I’m excited to have finally found an office that cares.
Also, Roberta was so sweet and helped me understand my next steps for getting labs done and she immediately scheduled my next appointment to discuss my results in person with a doctor.
Roberta’s customer services are beyond my expectations . She helps me always get right to the point of what I need. And also providers here are also very delicates and helpful! Thank you for all your help!
