Love the service January 20 was the first time I went my tech was Tiffany it’s been almost 2 months and I still have the same nails of course I went for my fill with my nails grew didn’t even pull my hair recommended 100%
I originally had an appointment next door, but the strong fumes drove me away. The second salon also had strong fumes. Bella's was much better in terms of the fumes. I came in for gel mani with French tips, and regular pedi. I don't know if it's just the French tips in general, but my manicure started chipping at the end of one week. I thought gel is supposed to last much longer!
I've been a client at Bella's for years now. Last night I booked two appointments with the same tech (mani/pedi) for this morning. I had not been back in maybe a year or so due to the pandemic. I was excited to to learn that they use a convenient online booking system and expected to have a great experience. Unfortunately, I waited about 20 minutes to get seated for my appointment. The spa chair was worn down and didn't function. I waited another 11 minutes for my tech to approach me. By this time the spa water was cold and I was ready to leave. I stayed because I had an engagement to attend and needed to get my nails done. The tech did my pedicure and did not ask about the manicure and took me over to pay station . At this point, I had no desire to continue with the service any way so I did not bring it up when I paid. The waiting time and customer service has really gone down hill. I spoke with another client who was waiting when I arrived at the salon and she, visibly frustrated, had been waiting 15-20 minutes for her appointment. My sister who used to frequent the salon had the same waiting experience and is no longer a client. Now I understand why. It's a shame. This location is convenient and as I said, I had been a customer for years (10+ years). Hopefully they make improvements to their customer service.
