My experience with this dental office was deeply disappointing, primarily due to how the office manager, Stephanie, handled my appointment. I found Stephanie's behavior unprofessional, as she mismanaged my appointment and failed to address my concerns effectively.

After waiting at least three months for a cleaning, my appointment was canceled because the hygienist did not want to return to the office for my 2 PM appointment after seeing her first patient at 7 AM.

I went there to do a deep cleaning. The dentist (Dr. Qiu) was extremely impatient and liked to argue for any second opinion. I agreed with the other review that their attitude is a problem. Will never visit again.

This dental office is very clean and friendly place, conveniently located at the corner of Garvey and Atlantic Blvd. in Monterey Park. The dentists are both doctors: one of them used to be a surgeon and the other is teaching staff in USC. So their views are often based on comprehensive understanding of medical knowledge as well as the specialized knowledge stemming from the latest research results. They are not only concerned with the latest technologies but also with how patients can effectively finance the dental treatments out of their insurance coverage.
