I have been going to Physical Focus since I had an injury two years ago. Shane is an excellent PT provider. When I was feeling better I asked if he would train me and build my strength up to prevent the injury again. He has been a fun and effective trainer. Additionally the staff and clientele are friendly The community is extremely supportive and I enjoy working out here!
Stick with it. The first week is torture. The first month is agony. But after that you will be in the best shape of your life and can’t imagine starting your day without it. No frills. No gimmicks. Big age range. A fit and happy lot. See you there.
