I had my first facial here at the Upstairs with founder and esthetician Alex. Omg my skin is glowing. I was having dryness on my eye and congested skin. It's been awhile since I have had a facial and I'm so glad to have gotten one with Alex. She used a mixture of techniques from hydra facial to electric current technology and customizes each facial for the individual clients skin. She is very detailed and passionate of all skincare and she is the best in the field.
