“LADY LASH LOUNGE, SAVED my LASHES and my SANITY...I have had lashes done at the best places in Los Angeles and NY, and as an artist I am particular. I am truly SO HAPPY to have found Anthony and Kathy. So kind, professional, on time, and an extreme attention to detail, coupled with amazing technique and knowledge of the different products/styles available - This is so so important when it comes to lashes!!! There is a huge spectrum of knowledge, experience and artistry. Kathy was extremely gentle removing old lashes and I could barely feel anything else... I fell asleep a few times it was so relaxing...My lashes went from barely surviving to THRIVING, despite the massive damage at another studio! When my new lashes were done I had zero discomfort, pinching, or stinging, and literally could NOT feel anything... That is what Lash extensions should feel like if done properly!!! Lady Lash Lounge is highly talented and actually supplies lashes, glues and other supplies so they are experts in their field. ALSO - When she was finished and my lashes were drying she massaged my scalp. I cannot express the appreciation I had! It was soooo needed after the last week my lash nightmare.For reference, PRIOR to coming to LLL, I had a very unfortunate lash fill, extremely overpriced $$$$$! They were done a week ago, and by today, I had maybe 5 lashes still attached... It was pretty traumatic for me as I have NEVER had any issues with irritation, pain, or premature lash loss... So many of my natural lashes (more than half) fell out because of bad technique/ application, bad communication despite being very highly rated on yelp and google. DON'T blindly trust yelp and google reviews... They are often paid for and or people are timid to write a negative review... However, This positive review is 100% deserved.LLL prices are very fair, if not underpriced for the quality of their work. Most places in the South Bay are extremely overpriced and for no reason except that they can get away with it!Kathy went above and beyond and was so meticulous with making my lashes lucious & beautiful again, selvaging what was left, but most importantly they feel like MY OWN LASHES. It looks like nothing happened, she is that seamless... And I cannot feel any difference between zero extensions but, I certainly can see it!!! I wanted to cry tears of happiness, but knew that wouldn't be good for fresh lash extensions.After a failed attempt to get my botched lashes fixed at another lash studio yesterday, I was told I had to come a different day, after driving 25 mins because they were worried I was sensitive to the glue(which they ran out of that day) , even thought they knew the situation I had been through & despite me saying it was the application to blame (NOT the glue) I was SAVED by Lady Lash Lounge and was able to book my appointment last night, they worked with my schedule and was incredibly accommodating and understanding with my last experience and made me feel brand new again. “LADIES. Come get your Brazilian done here. I'm always on the lookout for small businesses to support and I found the best spot in LA! Nadine has been at this location for 25 years now! Talk about experience. I went in as a walk-in and had the most perfect timing arrival. An appointment was leaving just as I was arriving! Nadine asked for my name and used it throughout the appointment, seems like a small thing but makes a huge impact! Originally, I was only going for a Brazilian but when I had noticed her next appointment was yet to arrive I asked her to do a 1/2 leg. All in all it came out to a total of $75! Well worth it and about $5 cheaper than where I normally go (in LB). To top it all off, she sells salon quality hair products (such as olaplex) but at a much more affordable rate hehe. She also sells some clothes and shoes that are nice to browse through :)best part yet, she gives you a free pair of earrings for your first time! “Blas! Blas! Blas! After researching hair salons and being patient in letting my hair grow out, I'm so happy I came in for a consultation. Blas, took a look at my hair felt the texture and was very honest about him being able to work with my hair. I was very excited when he said yes, I had been wanting to get my hair done. The time he took and the way he works speaks volumes. Unlike other hair stylists that sometimes decide to work on 4 or 5 people at the same time as you; he literally told me in advanced to plan my day because I was going to be there all day. Therefore, I did and I was the only one there that day, which was amazing. I left there feeling brand new. Punctuation was everything, he gave me a time and that's the time he was there which I give Blas a 20 out of 10. I am looking forward to my touch up and I have considered myself a coming back customer. It is very hard to find a good hair salon with good people.
