This has been my go-to place for the past 3 years. I don't know what is happening there, but the past few times I have been, staff is yelling in the store, and more than once, they have gotten in aggressive verbal altercations with each other. This last time made me feel really uncomfortable. I don't want to go back.

Their customer service has to be one of the worst. Especially from the lady on the 4th pedicure chair from the window. I don’t recall her name but she kept insisting services I did not want. Once I kindly declined extra fee services she got really upset. She did not even did my full pedicure service. While she was doing my pedicure she got up and started arguing with one of her coworker. She started yelling and her and her coworker when back and forward arguing. They argued for a good 5 mins. When while she was arguing she pointed at my but I didn't understand what she was saying. So I went in to get my nails done with dip powder Friday 9/30. Today 2 of my nail polish came off! I called and they had me come in right away. Michelle took me in and examined all my nails to see if any others were potentially falling off. She ended up fixing 4 of my nails and not once made me feel uncomfortable for having to do this. (She was not the original nail tech that applied the first dip powder.) I am so happy with how they came out and will for sure be going back to Michelle only!
