Montebello Family Health Center (SCFHC)

SCFHC's new flagship location located in the City of Montebello. This location first opened in 2022, extending our service area into the San Gabriel Valley. ​As a federally qualified health center, we have an open-door policy which means we see anyone regardless of their ability to pay. ​ This new state-of-the-art facility is proud to offer collocated services "all-under-one-roof". SCFHC is a federally qualified health center (FQHC) with an open-door policy that does not turn anyone away regardless of their ability to pay, background, or legal status. SCFHC’s vision is to lead the way by providing comprehensive, high-quality, affordable, efficient, and culturally responsive services.
