I forgot my reading glasses 👓 & Marlayna was welcoming, helpful & professional in helping me with my questions about the winter pullovers I purchased. She was also very informative about acquiring a JCP credit card but unfortunately I declined. She's an asset to JCP for she demonstrates good quality service with a smile. KUDOS to Marlayna!

I'm surprised this place is still around. A lot of JCPenney's I know have closed down. This place was well organized and had a few sales going on.
They had the a/c pumping, which made it motivating to walk around and see what they had to offer. I didn't really interact with any workers. They were mostly busy helping other customers. I'm sure my mom or aunt would enjoy going here
