I went to see what type of deals they had on gloves, since I ride a motorcycle. Wasn't crowded but I did notice that the checkouts were all together on 1 side for the entire floor, so A LINE because only 2 registers were open?
The lady that helped me was very assertive to let me know about 50-70% off deals for Labor day I believe. A couple was there before me and they seemed to have been some sort of excited about the other jewelry pieces.
I always park outside JCPenney when I come to the Montebello Mall and walk through this store to the other stores. When I went, they were doing some reorganizing. They have some nice clothing, but i do notice that a sweater that i bought in the past costs more now.
