I've been getting a lot of phone calls from the phone number that is connected with this office. I always think it's creepy when they resort to somehow getting ahold of a personal cell phone number and call endlessly. This isn't good business. This is annoying harassment.

THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!! Not even worth the 1 star rating. My father passed away and left us his home and a vacant lot next door. MONICA RAMOS, the most unprofessional agent I have ever experienced in my life, she was our agent. BEWARE!! We had to hire an attorney and through the whole process she was uncooperative. We asked for copies of the documents, she refused to send them and brushed me off. She yelled during conference calls and her broker had to remind her to be professional. She hung up when our attorney asked for information. Threatened to hold our close out checks if "I" did not deliver the keys to her bc she refused to meet me. And then called the second buyer on the vacant lot and told her the property wasn't worth the asking price and shouldn't pay that when she was the one who gave us the value. What a mess and a poor excuse for a business woman. If you want to pay extra in legal fees and have a constant migraine head ache Monica is the right person. Good luck!!!

I owned a duplex with my sister and she hired Fabian Garcia to sell property (without my permission). At first he came off as a nice person thats why I signed a contract and then he became my worst nightmare. He along with my sister lied under oath to the court system. The house was sold to one of his clients (a chinese investor). When Fabian presented buying offers, the buyers were being represented by his office. I had to hire another realtor to help me try to buy my own home. But Fabian wouldn't even answer his calls or emails. I ended up paying $130K in court and lawyer fees plus another 15k to Fabian Garcia. They threw my 87 year old father from his home and they could care less. When they came to the house my father asked if it didn't bother him or his associates that an elderly man was being thrown out of his home and their answer "it's just business." There's tons of real estate agents out there. DO NOT LET Fabian Garcia fool you.

The management is bad!! Very bad!! My house was on market for sale and went expired. Not sure how they got my number and their agent called Unprepared. I explained that I already received tons of this kinda calls and am not interested. He didn't give up and continued to ask why the property didn't sell and other questions with a demanding tone like he was entitled to the answers. When I refused to answer his questions he turned aggressively and started to be provocative. He even said non sense things like oh if i had a buyer you would have to deal with me and i can easily eat you up in the negotiation. This agent sounded very unprofessional. Almost sounded like he called to mess around instead of trying to convince the seller to go with his service with a more appropriate and professional sales pitch. At the end, i had to hang up on him to get rid of him. I called their office and asked to speak to the management. The receptionist said her manager, Julian will return my call as soon as she's available. so far I haven't received any calls from the management. Bad training and the management should have filtered their agents at interview or perhaps this is just their company culture. It was a harassment totally

Fabian Garcia at Century 21 Realty Masters is one of the best agents around Montebello area. He's is extremely knowledgeable, patient, honest and trustworthy. A man with Integrity, which now in days it's so hard to find with excellent negotiation skills. Mr. Garcia makes the Real Estate process so smooth and with a smile on his face. I highly recommend him to anyone out there.

I had the misfortune to work with a Josephine San Lucas out of this brokerage as my listing agent. This woman is an absolute con woman. She was great at selling us on signing a contract with her but once it came time to perform she disappeared off of the planet. I have been sitting on an offer for over a week and I cant for the life of me get a hold of her. She is costing me a sale and valuable closing time. Please heed my warning and do not fall victim to this scam artist. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I had the displeasure of working with Fabian Garcia in a recent home purchase. We made the mistake of calling the number he advertised on a house we were interested in, despite us already having a realtor. Apparently, this really pissed him off, and he appeared to have a chip on his shoulder against us for the rest of the process. As far as I could tell, he was ready to not show our offer to the owners of the house; luckily for us, we had the owner's contact information, and were able to get through to them that we were making an offer. He was amazingly rude at every turn - to me, to my realtor, and to my fiance. He was extremely slow to respond to our requests, and multiple times we almost pulled out of the deal despite how much we wanted the house, just because we were sick of dealing with him. If you're selling a house, be aware that he may scare away potential buyers. If you are buying a house and see his name, stay far, far away. It will be a nightmare.
