This review is mainly for Joe...Long story but I'll try to keep it short! The AC on one of the condo units in our building was acting up. Joe came out the following day. He knew the problem right away without having to see error codes from the chip board (this is a new unit with the energy saving chip boards in them). He explained it would be under warranty and rather than pay out of pocket we should call the original contractor to replace the parts under warranty. 10 days later....the orig contractor finally decided to show up and say he didn't get the messages until the day before - he said it was both chip boards and needed to order them...a little different than what Joe said. My mistake. Another 10 days go by and I'm calling the supply shop to push them for the parts and find out where they are. Get the date on when they are coming in and the guy says he can't get to the unit until the next day. New boards in and error codes say exactly what Joe said...they still need the part. First the contractor says the supply shop has it and then he calls to say 'their computer mess up, they no where it is'. I called Joe back - I sent him a pic of the model number etc and worked on getting non warranty repair from the landlord. We got it and I called Joe at 5:15 to ask if he could find the part. He was at a different supply shop in Pomona. They had it and said he'd come by that night (last night). It was a lot of wiring and setting up....He was at the place by 8:30 PM and finished at 11:30. The tenants have 2 small children so I needed this done asap. Joe got it done! He's professional, honest and won't suggest repairs that are not needed. I mean, who comes out that late at night? He knew this tenant had children and made it a point to come out. Thank you Joe!
