I've been going to Ultra Health & beauty many times through out the years. (I've lost count) Coco is a very well trained massage therapist and her amazing techniques will definitely make you wanting more. She goes above and beyond to satisfy the health of your body through a massage. Never judge a book by its cover, the building may seem sketchy but what coco has done to her place of work is absolutely amazing. I feel so comfortable while she gives me a massage with the soothing music playing in the background. I nearly fall asleep that's how relaxing her hands can be. Coco is a sweet beautiful woman that definitely is worth a try. You wont regret it. Make sure to be respectful. Kindness and good hygiene will go a long way with coco. Enjoy.

completely horrible place and lady. i called ahead of time, she said she'd wait 20mins for me before she left. i got there in 17. she asks if i'm the one that called, walks me in and then says she no longer wants to work. starts telling me to get out immediately and that she didn't care if gave her a bad review. i asked why she made me drive there telling me she'd wait. she said that's before she saw me in person, that my cologne is bothering her & she no longer wants to work, "get out". complete sycophant.

Coco is a very skilled and talented massage therapist who works very very hard. I have never gone to a cheap massage mall strip location again after my first massage with her years ago. Her prices are very fair. She sees men and women Although can be very selective about who she sees. I’ve been going to her for many years and always have a great massage. You call by phone to set up an appointment. Tell her how long you’d like a massage for. She might ask you where you found her number from. Just be honest about that. Sometimes it’s referrals sometimes people find it on yelp or google. I would say don’t get offended by how she answers the phone or talks very directly - that’s just her style. Coco is not a chatter during the massage. I’ve noticed it’s best to just be quiet and enjoy the massage. Come showered and clean (obvious but you will be blocked from future appts if you don’t show this basic courtesy).

I'm a local, I hurt my back doing some remodeling, I've had my wife massage me every day the last week. I decided I needed to give her a break and find something local (I support local businesses). This was an honest random type of find. A diamond in the rough, if you wanted to be cliche. I have had a membership at massage envy, I've been to glen ivy, multiple small locations and a few other private massages. Coco did a massage using her knees that cracked every right spot. I'm not big on deep, painful, massages, so her style was just right for me. I'm sure if you asked she could do the deep tissue massage, I did not ask. just call or text her. Coco is very sweet, and is a small business owner. Coco has a nice cozy room with decor that made me feel like she knew what she was doing. Someone who rents their own location is either trying, or a pro. She's a pro, and her cozy location, which might look dated from the outside, is comfortable and allows for relaxation. I will honestly go back to back and ask her to focus on my shoulder injury. She is really well priced, I add about a 15-25 dollar tip. Just me. Is that cheap? Coco noticed a deep, large, and disgusting black head that I've been not been able to remove for at least a year. I had recently looked into tools on amazon and almost purchased the kit. Coco, opened a brand new tool set, and disinfected it. She was able to remove the black head in seconds, showed me, and continued. It was a minor sting, which showed me she knew what she was doing. I have extreme headaches from anxiety, and it is very hard for me to relax. I know if I go a few times my body will learn to completely relax with her, and I'll be able to get the most of the massage. Highly recommend!

I brought my father to this place, because he needed a back massage. My father is 79 years young. My father is a hard worker, and he need a neck, and back massage. He can barely move his neck. As soon as this lady knew that it was my dad that wanted a massage. She right away said “ No I don't want to do it. I don't feel like doing it†and walked away. When I call her she had said that I can come now. She also asked how did I get her number. I told her I got it from the internet. I don't know what this lady is up to, but she looked real out of it. Real disappointed in the office, and the lack of customer service this lady had.

I've been seeing Coco for many, many years. It's only $40/hr!! Why go to one of those dumpy little Asian massage parlors in a strip mall - when you can come here instead and have a quality massage? She has great technique, a clean room, fresh sheets and towels, and works on you from head to toe, front to back. For the big men she even cracks your back with a great technique. It's a complete full body massage and the full hour. No rush or shortcuts. She takes her time with you. She is one of the best massage therapists I've been to. I actually went in with an awful headache that lasted 4 hours, but after my massage there I felt so much better. I would just say, don't be rude. Like the other reviewer said, don't ask inappropriate questions over the phone or text. Coco does work on women too, but she only has one table. So no couple massages. Only one person at a time. As long as you are respectful and polite, you will have a very great massage and big smile.

Coco is an excellent massage therapist. I will say this though, you need to be very mindful of how you interact with her. She is very professional. She has little patience. Mood shifts easily. What do I mean? Well, you ask her how her day was. She will flip out and tell you to mind your own business. So just know that small talk and "trying to bond with your masseuse" is a no-go. She's down to business. Be polite, but don't be chatty or nosey. Don't ask her personal questions that you would ask your hair stylist or barber. And always, always know - she does professional massages only. Do not ask or infer anything. Do not talk during the massage. She will tell you to enjoy the massage - which means don't talk, even if it's to compliment the massage. I tell you all this so you have a chance at having another massage from her and not getting a blocked number. Coco is a young Chinese woman. English is a 5/10. Like most people in this industry and background, phone/people skills are not the best. So do not get offended by how she talks to you. In fact it would be better to text. But either way Keep it simple. "Hello, I would like a 1hr massage today." That works over phone or text. Her massage is great. She spends a long time with you. Does not half-arse it like you see at those crappy massage parlors near liquor stores. She actually has had training (not western) and takes what she does very seriously. She is very professional and actually has good technique. She will use her knees on your back, crack your feet, use her elbows, etc. The place she works is this blue, boring building. It looks a bit sketchy. Don't let that scare you. Bonito st. is a very safe street to be on in Montclair. The office/professional building is off the corner before the post office and skate park. You can park front or back. There's always remodeling going on. Very empty and not busy. Nothing to be embarrassed or feel awkward about. The massage is in a small office room with a locked door. Nothing big. Only her. Clean. Good smell. Sheets are always clean and changed. She takes care of her clients very well. Last time I went it was like 50/60 per hour? I forget... If you are a first time customer, I'm sure she will tell you.

I have been having Coco as my main massage therapist for over five years now. I first had issues with stress headaches, which she cured in three sessions. I kept going back at least once a month as she is just that good. She deep massages my back with her knees, which works muscles that are totally missed by other masseuses. I have never had this done anywhere else. Her skills are outstanding!
