I recently had a new 50 gallon tank water heater installed by Sweetwater, after obtaining three quotes. They gave me the best price and promptly installed a quality product. Unfortunately, we had a problem and it took a several trips to diagnose and correct it. But John (owner) was very responsive and took full responsibility. Turned out the internal baffle (vent) had dislodged (probably during shipping), which is not common. Long story short, John came out to our house himself, found the problem and fixed it. Very satisfied and would recommend this company.

My water heater was leaking and I called Sweetwater Plumbing. It was a Friday around midday and they informed me they could send someone out the following morning. I received a call later the same day from Abner and he informed me he was available to come out the same day. Abner informed me that my water heater was unable to be repaired and it had to be replaced. He went over all of my options and prices, and was detailed as to what work would be done depending on the option we chose. Had a frozen valve and asked for a quote. Matt came by and explained everything in detail. Very thorough and knowledgeable! Answered all my questions and made the process very easy. Appreciate him taking the time to review steps with me. Matt was awesome!
